- By 01:00 PM (31.08.2026): Every rural PEEO must display the notification and detailed list of vacant Lecturer (प्राध्यापक) posts on their school notice board. Simultaneously, PEEOs must forward these details to higher administrative authorities.
- By 04:00 PM (31.08.2026): All Chief Block Education Officers (CBEOs) across Sikar district must compile block-wise school vacant lists and email them directly to the CDEO Sikar office.
